Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Crinkly Comforts. Every piece we make is custom made just for you, so here's exactly what to expect from the moment you order to the moment your order arrives. If you have a question we haven't covered, reach out at support@crinklycomforts.com and we'll take care of you.

Order processing

Each product is made to order. We produce, package, and ship your order typically within 2–5 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday and don't include weekends or holidays.

Because everything is custom made, processing starts as soon as your order comes in. Larger orders or busy periods can occasionally add a day or two — if that happens, we'll let you know.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. No minimums, no thresholds.

Once your order ships, delivery takes about 7–10 business days. Add that to production time, and most orders arrive within roughly 2–3 weeks of when you place them. Delivery windows are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees, and can run longer during peak seasons or for remote destinations.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way. If you haven't seen tracking within a week of ordering, check your spam folder first, then email us at support@crinklycomforts.com and we'll track it down.

International orders, customs, and duties

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These are set by your local government and are the customer's responsibility — they're not included in your order total and we have no control over the amount.

Customs processing can also add time to delivery beyond our usual estimate. If you're unsure about fees for your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Returns and exchanges

Because our products are intimate apparel and custom made, we can only accept returns and exchanges on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. To start one, email us at support@crinklycomforts.com with your order number and we'll walk you through the next steps. Items that have been worn or washed can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, email us at support@crinklycomforts.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll help you investigate with the carrier.

Make sure your address is right

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute or refund orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, so a quick review before you pay saves everyone the headache.
