Products and Sizing

We make premium adult comfort apparel for the ABDL and incontinence communities. Our signature product is the snap-crotch bodysuit onesie. Stay tuned for upcoming product expansions!

It's a ones-piece adult bodysuit — like a baby onesie, scaled for adults — that snaps open at the crotch. The snaps sit flat under clothing, keeping the onesie tucked, and make it easy to access the diaper area without taking the whole garment off.

Yes. That's exactly what they're designed for. The fit accounts for the extra volume, and our size guide includes notes on how diaper thickness may effect which size works best for you.

Every product page has a detailed size guide with chest, waist, and front length measurements. Measure yourself first, then compare to the size chart. Our onesies range from XS to 4XL. A good general starting point is one size larger than your normal t-shirt size.

It depends on the product — and we're deliberate about it. Onesies and sleepwear use soft, breathable jersey blends. Fleece products use a warm, brushed fleece. Cargo and mesh shorts use performance-weight fabrics. The rain jacket uses a lightweight water-resistant shell. Exact composition is listed on every product page.

Absolutely. We use reinforced metal snaps built for repeated use and regular washing. Snap quality is the thing we hear about most — in a good way — and that's not an accident.

The Custom Shop

It's our design-your-own feature — available across our entire product catalog. Pick any product, open the builder, choose from our print and pattern library, add graphics or text, and preview your creation before you order. Every custom piece is made to order and ships in the same discreet packaging as everything else we do.

As we continue to launch new product lines, we will be launching a Customizable product at the smae time or close to. Stay tuned as we launch new products.

Custom items are final sale — they're made specifically for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges. The exception is if something arrives damaged or incorrect. If that happens, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right immediately.

Yes. Custom orders are available in the exact same sizes as a regular Crinkly Comforts product. The builder will flag it if any graphics have size -related limitations.

Yes you can! You can upload your own graphics to almost any area on the Customizable product. Make sure to pay attention to the dimensions and color requirements within the upload area in the Customizer.

Orders and Shipping

Yes. Every single order — standard or custom — ships in plain, unmarked packaging. No brand name. No product description. The return address uses a neutral business name. This isn't a feature we advertise as a bonus. It's just how we operate.

On your billing statement, the card charge will be displayed as "SP C*COMFORTS."

Order processing and production time varies by product, typically 2-4 business days. Once shipped you can expect to receive your order in 5-10 business days. You'll get a tracking email when your order ships.

Reach out to us as soon as possible. Much of our production process is automated and orders go into production fast, so changes may not be possible. Orders in production or already shipped cannot be changed or canceled.

Returns and Exchanges

We get it, sometimes our space suits don't fit us perfectly the first time either. We always recommend double checking the sizing chart of the product before placing an order, however if you receive a product that doesn't fit the way it should, contact us through the Contact page and we'll get started on making a new one for you in a different size!

To process your exchange you'll be responsible for the shipping costs to return your original item, plus the shipping for the exchange.

All returns and exchanges must be clean, unused, and in their original packaging to be accepted.

Customizable products are final sale. They're made specifically for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges — unless the item arrives defective or incorrect, in which case we'll fix it immediately.

If you receive a product that is damaged, the incorrect size, or the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery . Send photos and your order number and we'll resolve it immediately — replacement or full refund, no runaround.

Account, Privacy, and Brand

Nope. Checkout as a guest whenever you like. Creating an account is worth it if you want to track orders, save your sizing, and makes it easier to checkout next time.
