Refunds
Our products are out of this world, and you’d never want to return them for a refund! However, in the unlikely case something is wrong with what you purchased, please contact us at support@crinklycomforts.com as soon as possible and we promise to make it right.
Returns / Exchanges
We get it, sometimes our space suits don’t fit us perfectly the first time either. We always recommend double checking the sizing chart of the product before placing your order, however, if you receive a product that doesn’t fit the way it should, contact us at support@crinklycomforts.com and we’ll get started on making a new one for you in a different size!
To process your exchange you’ll be responsible for the shipping costs to return your original item, plus the shipping for the exchange.
All returns and exchanges must be clean, unused, and in their original packaging to be accepted.
