Frequently Asked Questions

Each product is custom made-to-order and can take between 3 and 7 days to create (depending on the product). After shipping, please allow another 7 to 15 business days for your order to be delivered.

We work with a range of shipping carriers, such as USPS, UPS, DHL, and FEDEX, to ship your orders.
Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee which carrier will be used for your specific order.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking details.

We recognize that maintaining privacy and discretion is crucial. Rest assured, all our products are shipped in unmarked, plain packaging.

The shipping label may display the from name as “CC Store,” “Masson Creations, LLC,” or an alternative name.

Please note: For orders shipped internationally, package contents must be listed on the shipping label to clear customs.

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and other associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Crinkly Comforts cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please check with your local customs office for further information.

On your billing statement, the charge will be displayed as “Masson Creations LLC”

Should your card face consistent rejection, it’s possible that your bank is preventing the transaction. We recommend contacting your bank to ensure they allow the transaction to proceed.

Unfortunately, we are not able to split or combine orders for you, as our process and system does not support this feature.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to support@crinklycomforts.com, providing us with your order number, details of the issue, and photographs of the issue and packaging.
